Yarns
We provide variety of yarns fibers according to the requirements of our client. We are capable of providing garments using following fibers with required test reports.
Knitting
The quality of garments is decided during the phase of
knitting. We are equipped to provide the same quality through-out the
year as per clients specifications. Our knitting unit is powered by
hi-tech/imported machines with experienced/skilled personnel.
Dyeing
Greenway is dyed according to the color requirements with
the standard dyes as environmental friendly azo free. we use imported
ht/hp soft flow machines to avoid color fastness problems, to avoid any
patches and Fabric feel, the dyed fabrics gets its own structure and
feel after dyeing gets over.
Printing
We use azo free dyes to print our garments. we are able to
handle different printing requirements as follows pigment Print,
plastisol, foil, flock, foam, glitter, spray effect, high build, gel,
photo print, discharge print and extra.
Embroidery
Embroidery is prepared according to the design wise with
using of lurex yarn, polyester, cotton yarn and rayon to maintain the
quality with using Computerized barudan machines to achieve the quality
& time delivery.
Garmenting
As per the style line production is planned for the quick
productions, the garments in each stage of stitching is checked by the
line quality controllers to make sure the quality is maintained as per
approved samples.
Cutting
Cutting of a dress is an important factor as it
determines the fit of knitwear or any other clothes wear. Our cutting
is done ‘perfectly’, keeping in mind the latest fashion fits. Green
way’s exclusive fits are ready to adorn the deserving on and off the
ramp.
Stitching
For stitching of garments we have 200 machines. The over
lock and flat lock machines are from yeoman and lock stitch are
from Juki-Japan. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming
and dust collection. The machines are also fixed with top feed which
reduces the tension in seams for special stitching like Decorative
stitching, Bar tacking, Button hole, Buttoning etc., this is done by
machine- a make of Juki - Japan.
Checking
The finished garment is then subject to a thorough
check by skilled supervisors, even the smallest defect is not
overlooked.
Ironing
we have Strong welded construction and assured ironing
shine along with convenience of use are the highlighting attributes of
vacuum ironing tables.
Packing
We have packing depot on the fully care of all garments.
